| INGREDIENTS 1 lb hamburger, browned and drained 1 large can (24oz) petite diced tomatoes 1 15.5 oz can kidney beans 1 15.5 oz can corn 1 pkg taco seasoning Place all ingredients in microwave, stir then cook on high for 15 minutes. (Frozen Hamburger can be cooked first in bean pot for 6 minutes on high – stir every 2 minutes. Leanest meat means less to drain) It is also good in the Crockpot. Submitted by: Katie Luetters |
