Coat Chicken with Taco Seasoning Mix. Pour chicken and any loose seasoning mix into bean pot. Pour salsa over chicken. Microwave for 20 Minutes until done (stir chicken every 4-5 minutes). Stir black beans and sour cream into sauce in pot. Mix and serve over rice. May also bake covered at 325 2-3 hours until chicken is tender.
