INGREDIENTS
Brisket or Roast to fill bottom of your slow cooker
1 can whole cranberry sauce, not the jellied kind
1 pkg dry onion soup mix

Trim meat as need an place in cooker. Spread cranberry evenly on top. Sprinkle soup mix evenly on cranberry. Cook on low 8 hours for larger roast. Maybe 6 hours for smaller roast. DO NOT ADD ANY LIQUID. There will be an abundance of savory juice. Meat will be tender and delicious.
