sausage cheese balls

INGREDIENTS
1 lb sausage
10 oz sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups Bisquick mix

Mix sausage and Bisquick together in a large bowl. Add cheese and shape into bite size balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

I have found it easier to mix things with your hands than any utensil. Also, the small scoop (Pampered Chef) makes perfect size balls and takes less time. I also don't cook it for the full 20 minutes. I keep an eye on them (check on them around 15 minutes) and take them out when they look like they are starting to brown just a little.
