sausage brunch souffle
Servings: 1 13x9" pan
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lb sausage
salt and pepper
8 eggs
2 cups milk
8 slices white bread, cubed
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs well; beat in milk. Fold in bread cubes, sausage, and cheese. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until center is beginning to brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into it.
