roasted red potatoes with bacon & cheese

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup real bacon bits
2 lb. small red potatoes (about 6), quartered
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spoon into 13 x 9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover. Bake 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender, uncovering after 40 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
