| INGREDIENTS 32 oz bag Southern Style hash browns 2 cups sour cream 8 oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup butter (melted) 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional) Mix all ingredients together and place in a 13 x 9 pan.
