
| Granny's Pumpkin Bread |
| Servings: 2 loafs |
| INGREDIENTS 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup canned pumpkin 2 large eggs 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp each of salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup olive oil 2 cups all purpose flour 1/4 tsp ginger 1 cup raisins (optional) 1/2 cup chopped nuts (your preference) 1/2 cup water Mix all ingredients together real well. Pour into 2 loaf pans that are well oiled and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 65-75 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.
