Chocolate Sheet Cake
Servings: 11x16 pan
INGREDIENTS
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 stick butter
1 cup water
4 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup crisco
1/2 cup butter milk
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs well beaten
1 tsp salt

ICING INGREDIENTS
1 stick butter
4 Tbsp cocoa
6 Tbsp milk
1 lb powdered sugar
1 cup pecans

Mix all above together in a bowl. Bake in 11x16 greased pan at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Do not over cook. Five minutes before cake is done, make the icing. When cake is done, pour icing over cake while cake is hot.

HOW TO MAKE ICING

Bring to a boil butter, cocoa, and milk. Remove from heat and add sugar and pecans
