
| Cheesy Spinach and Bacon Dip |
| Servings: 4 cups |
| INGREDIENTS 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained 1 lb (16 oz) Velveeta, cut into 1/2-inch cubes 4 oz cream cheese, cubed 1 can Rotel, undrained 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled Microwave ingredients on high 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 minutes.
