California spring salad
Servings: 4-6
INGREDIENTS
1 lb pkg of frozen California vegetables, prepared and chilled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices fully cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp sugar

Mix together vegetables, cheese, bacon, mayonnaise and sugar in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
